looking at the new resolution of the United States about iraq and what President Bush said. is there any hopes that the hand over of power to the Iraqi people will ends the conflict in the region. l want to think unless Bush and his boys quit the area with their tanks and truck and planes. the destruction of Abbu Ghraib prison is marvelous and only the disgrace being brought to the US Army has made Bush to finally say it will be destoyed. please do you think 30 june will mark end of conflict in iraq

l am very happy for the work being done to build TIG Cameroon.with the creation of itw web page i think this is te veritable area where we can write projects organise forums, workshops and other events to promote youth involvement in projects in our nation.
this is also an area where ideas could be dissiminated to help develop our ideas.

The underdevelopmet of the of the(periphery, satelites, third world)is due to its contact with the centre(developed world,core,first world).The centre of every discussion about the relationship between the centre and the periphery is to adues reasons which have impair developmental efforts in the satelite states and promote developmet in the centre.
The periphery is less develop because of the dynamics of international political economy.This has brought about underdeveloment of the LDCs because of global market forces and not national ones. By this the periphery is less develop due to the emergence of capitalism which depended much on oversea trade in raw materials and sale of finished manufactured goods.This resutlted to to the exploitation of the resources in the satelites states to sustain the various industries in the centre thereby living the periphery with little resources to spin off development.Also capitalism instead of striving to develop the global periphery has instead cause the development of underdevelopment.This is merely because capitalism causes development and at thesame time underdevelopmet.
Again the periphery is underdeveloped because the existence of internal colonialism,introduce by the centre.By internal colonialism, there is concentration of development in certain areas to others.This is possible because of the division of labour,unequal distribution of resources.Therefore the colonial governments embark on development only in those areas of lucrative benefits neglecting other areas.
History proves that the centre had for long exploited the periphery for its development.This is seen in the light of imperialism, colonialism, and recently neo-colonialism. Surplus raw materials is exploitd from periphery for development in the centre.
Another meens through which the South predicamnet is further worsened is throught the use of international financiers like the IMF,WORLD BANK,FORIEGN EXPERTS,FOREIGN AID AGENCIES ETC.They always dictate to the periphery haw fund will be use and the areas.And these areas are only those that promote the interest of the centre.
l think its high time the developed world disband themselves from the LDCs and allowed them to handle their own problems for their intervention is always with a motive behind.They always use the principle of AN EYE FOR AN EYE.With the advent of globalisation,they have instead worsened the situation especially in trade restrictions and subsidies to their farmers and allowed them to compete with those from LDCs on equal bases.
So people and our leaders lets put up the strong will power to say no to all what the neo-colonailist want from us.Let them pay us if they want to give us aid and never tell where the money should be use.African leaders need to take care for capitalism will turn their economies into a milk pond for foreigner to exploit for their own good.
